Boil water add salt and then add pasta cook Al Dante strain and keep aside
In a wok add oil then add jeera let it sputter and then add finely chopped onions fry them till they become golden then add ginger garlic paste fry for a min when it starts to smell nice add cabbage bell pepper and carrots finely chopped
Fry for a min then add tomato puree all dry masalas and fry till the oil separates
Then add water and cook nicely till all the flavours blend perfectly
Now add the pasta adjust consistency and let it cook for 2 mins so that the pasta absorbs all the flavours
Garnish with coriander and serve hot... Pav Bhaji +pasta = bonus treat...
